Privacy Policy

Your email address (to sign you in), the printer details you add (name, location, camera label), and short webcam video clips you choose to send while monitoring a print.

We use your email to send sign-in links and failure alerts. We use your webcam clips only to detect whether a print is failing, and to show you the result.

To run the service we use a small number of trusted providers:

• Twelve Labs (United States) analyses your webcam clips for print failures.
• Our email provider sends sign-in links and alerts.
• Our hosting provider runs the app and database.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Webcam clips are deleted from the analysis service right after they are checked. We keep your account, printer records, and monitoring history until you ask us to delete them.

Monitoring only runs when you start it, and only uses your camera with your permission. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
